From your client panel click on "My Hosting Packages". Then click on the account you wish to upgrade/downgrade. On that page you will see a "Upgrade/Downgrade Package". Depending on what package you are already on it will show plans that are availible for you to upgrade or downgrade to.

If you are downgrading the difference of the plans will be credited to your account to use towards any invoice.
