This error is cuaed by a permission that has been set on your scripts, files or folders. As we are using suphp you will need to make sure that permissions used are as follows..

if you are using 777 you will need to CHMOD to 755

if you are using 666 you will need to CHMOD to 644

This should fix any permissions errors you have.
