There  may be a whole range of reasons why you may not be able to see your web site. Please run over this check list before you open a support ticket as some problems we will not be able to help with.

1: Can your friends, family see the web site online from their local PCs? If they can then this may be a ISP problem, we suggest clearing your cache, and restarting your PC and modem this will in most cases solve the problem.

2: Have you recently added custom nameservers or waiting for a domain name to resolve to our server? If you have recently added a new domain or had requested private nameservers this can take upto 48 hours to resolve to our servers. Private nameservers will take much longer to resolve than a normal domain name.

3: Do you get  a DNS error when you load the web page? if this is the case then their may be a temporary error with our DNS server, please open a support ticket if you see this.

Good ways to check if its just you or it is indeed the web server that is offline.

http://whois.sc (check if your nameservers are resolved to our IPs by clicking the "server stats" tab)

Run the command "cmd" from your windows dos console. Then either type: ping domain.com or type ping (serverIP) if you get a response then the server is online.
