Custom nameservers
If you would like to take advantage of this option please ensure the following has been done before you submit a support ticket..

1: You have registered a domain name that you want to use as your own nameserver ie; mynameserver1.com

2: You have logged into your domain admin panel (godaddy.com for example) and set the domain name to be used as a nameserver

3: You have added the IPs or IP range that we sent in your welcome email for example if we sent IPs 199.99.99.00 you would use this as your main NS1 IP and then for the NS2 you would use 199.99.99.01

Once you have the following set up, please submit a ticket to support and they will then go ahead and add the entry to our DNS server which will allow you to use your private nameservers.

Please note that nameserver propagation will take much longer than a normal domain propagation, .com`s we expect upto 24 hours, and .nets and any other TLD can take upto 48 hours. Please do not submit further tickets asking why it is not resolving as we need to give it at least 24 hours. You can also use a whois tool to check that the nameserver has resolved such as http://whois.sc enter your nameserver and then click the "server stats" tab to check which IPs they are pointing to.
