We offer free account transfers! If you require your accounts to be moved from your old web host to us please open a support ticket. Please bare with us while we are transferring your web site as depending on time and server latency this may take some time to complete. We also offer FREE data base and script transfer if ever you need them please let us know we will be more than happy to do this for you.

Once you have opened the support ticket please provide the following.

Please provide the servers root password WHM login/IP details from the old host.

if you do not have root access to the server, please use the backup tool from your old host and download the tar.gz file, once you have this downloaded please go ahead and upload it to our server (in your public_html folder is fine) let us know where the file is located and we will restore the account/s.
